I'm trying to install the ALM add-in on a user's machine, but she is getting errors that basically say:
Installation has failed. For details, see the Loader log file. Error 0x800C0008
I've seen several forums (including HP support forums) that point to a clean uninstall utility (KM1400062 link) but when I try to get to that it tells me I don't have permissions... is there another way to get this utility? Or could I be given permissions? Could it be emailed to me?
I don't know my company's SAID, as I'm with desktop support and just trying to fix a client-side issue.
