ALM Run Test scheduler is not working

Hi All,

I am trying schedule a QTP test through ALM Test set scheduler. Nothing happnes . It doesnt execute at specified date and time.

a. I did make sure remote agent running on the machine where qtp installed

b. Planned host name is spefified in the Test instance

c. Under execution flow date and time spefified

d. Did check Allow other HP proudcts check box in QTP

e. The QTP machine was not locked

f. Using UFT 12.02 Patch 02 and ALM 12.01 patch 02

Can anyone help me here?
