Hi,
I just installed Quality Center 10.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (64-bit) addition. First I installed QC 10.0, then I installed Patch 31 for QC 10.0. But I observed that before installing the patch, I was able to load the main page of QC resides on the URL http://localhost:8080/qcbin/ but after the installation of Monthly Patch 31 for Quality Center 10.0, the page is unable to download. Also, before installing the patch I was facing an issue when I clicked to logon to Quality Center that I was getting an error “CAPICOM.DLL is either not registered or properly installed”. In order to get rid of this issue, I thought to install Patch 31 for QC 10.0, of which I thought that there must be the fix of this issue.
But after installing, the main page is not downloading. I went to /JBOSS/bin folder and execute Run.bat at command prompt, after which I am getting the below mentioned exceptions.
Log extracted while executing Run.bat script in “C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Quality Center\jboss\bin” Folder

Please have a look on the issue and I would be extremely grateful for any idea or workaround available. Thank you.
