I did installed ALM Synchronizer server/client with Jira Adaptor and was able to configure it. It was able to sync defect data between ALM 12 and Jira as per the mapping fields and their values. But I am unable to see attachments and Jira status are getting synced and getting "Fatal error" with no precise error details. Jira status is not getting updated other than "Open" even after mapping all status values.
Whenever attachments or status any other than "Open" is there in QC defect then I am getting below error:
"Update conflicted records: Fatal exception caught,operation terminated. Cause: update: fatal error null"
If I remove attachment field from my mapping and also if I update QC defect status back to "Open".
Could you please to let me know if attachments and statuses can be synced from QC to Jira and vice-versa.
