We have HP ALM 12.00 installed in our environment.
After logging into a project, when I click on a select number of tests in 'Test Plan' and then Right-Click and choose 'Report Selected', I get an error popup "Report Generation Failed". Below is the detailed error message.
Report generation task (Id: 1170) failed with the following error:
Error occurred upon report generation: Unexpected failure in getValuePostProcess of com.mercury.td.tdserver.qualitymanagement.testing.core.api.logics.TestGetValuePlugin
Please contact your system administrator for more information.
I verified the following at my end.
1. This is happening with only 1 project, I'm able to report selected tests from other projects.
2.. This is happening ith all users in the project.
3. I ran the 'Verify' option through Site Admin on this project, but there were no problems found.
Can anyone help me here please?
