Hi,
We install ALM 11 patch 18 (and critical hotfix) and we have differents problem to deploy QC client on somes WinXP workstation
We generate MSI file with HP ALM Client MSI Generator 1.00 for HP ALM 11.00 (Server was set to our qualification serveur (not the same server as Production server to prepare package before upgrade ProductionServer) and we set AdditionnalServer to our Production Server
On some WinXP Workstations,
- Installing MSI file (with admin rights) generate MainEngineThread is returning 1603
- Executing ALMUninstaller then try to install MSI file throws errors
- some ALM Explorer Client have error message : "Local installation has failed"
- some ALM Explorer Client have error message : "Initialization has failed"
- some ALM Explorer Client have error message : "UNREGISTERED CLASS"
What is the good WAY to fix all this problems ?
