Invalid Server response HPQC 9.2

We have chage the password of the TD database in HPQC. After that we have update the siteadmin.xml. Restarted the QC services and suddenly we started getting error Invalid Server response. Can you please is it the error of the LDAP. Or we have missed something to do.
