ALM 11.52 URL redirection

Hi,

Have you anybody know that how to make the ALM 11.52 URL redirection?

The purpose it that:

http://localhost = http://localhost/qcbin/start_a.jsp

What webpages need to be change/replace, does it under \qcbin folder?
