QC11 - Viewing Customized Reports in the Defects Module

Hi

In QC9, we could view public customized reports in the Defects module under 'Analysis->Reports' beside the predefined reports.  But in QC11, we can't, as the public customized reports only seem to be accessible from the Dashboard Anaysis View.  However, our developers only have access to the Defects module, does anyone know how to view them?
