Latest version of OTAClient.dll?

Hi, 

   I am trying to automate some processes of the Quality center in my daily work. Like generating the Graph, Data grid, etc. 

   But i find that some methods and objects can not be found in my OTAClient.dll (Quality Center Version 10). For example: ReportManager Object. The HP ALM Open Test Architecture Reference has details of the reportManager object, but I can not find it in the dll files.

  Could you please send me the latest version of OTAClient? and is it compitable with the old version of Quality Center?
