Run Object does not set the RN_EXECUTION_TIME and RN_EXECUTION_DATE

Hi all,

I am trying to build a QC connector in Java that should scan some local files and update them as runs in QC.
I am able to modify and update everything including attachments, but I can't set up the RN_EXECUTION_TIME and RN_EXECUTION_DATE. Same story for the ST_[...].
It is always inserting the current system time.This is really confusing when they are uploaded in QC as they can appear that all of them are executed in one minute.

So please suggest me how can I change those values from script.
