Out of Memory/Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications error

Hello All,

We have the below issue when users install the Microsoft Excel 'Add On' for ALM 11.0. Any information as to why they are getting this error is greatly appreciated!! 

I am having trouble loading the Microsoft Excel Add-In for Application Lifecycle Management version 11.0

There have been a series of problems.

1. After running the script I get the error “System Error &H8004011 (-2147221231). ClassFactory cannot supply the requested data.”
2. This is followed by another error message “Out of memory” in a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applicat…” dialog box.
3. This occurs in my Excel whether ALM is running or not so I need to remove the install.
