Changing QC ALM servers logs format

Hi,

We need to report/consolidate in Elastic/Kibana QC servers log's errors, however HTML format doesn't allow logs processing with filebeat or similar log beat tool.

Can the default HTML log format be turned to Text log format, with each new log entry appended at the end of the file ?

Any suggestion is welcomed (ALM 12..53)
