The verify tool detected problems that require Manual Repair

Hi

While in the process to upgrade the project from 11.52 to 12.53 gettin an issue in one of the project --- Having schema problem that can not be fixed by repair tool. Attached is the details from the log file. As per the log the issue is with the 'size of the column' and 'nullable column'. But when you compare those tables/columns with other project databases, the size of the columns are same. We couldn't able to figure out what cause that problem. Please help..
