How to Add/Remove a user from Site Administrator role?

Hello All,

I have a requirement which needs cleanup the users who have Site Administrator role and has to remove site administrator role from QC.

Could you please let me know how to add a user to Site Administrator role and Remove a user from Site Administrator role.
