ALM Login screen error for the user newly granted with TD_ADMIN privileges

Hello,

Recently i had given the TD_ADMIN privilege to an user in HP ALM12.2. But when the user tries to access site administration page, the user receives the below error:

"Failed to Login. Please contact System administrator for help. Description: User has no permission to access application."

Note: The username is being displayed in the site admin list for the project
