Quality Center 9.2 Error !! Attempted to read or write Protected memory.

Hi Team,

One of user is facing this Issue. Whenever he logins to the system. He is getting this error : "Attempte to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that the other memory is corrupt" and when he clicks "OK" Quality Center shut downs.

Please help us in this issue. Thanks in advance :)
