Hi, We have this WAIT_BEFORE_DISCONNECT parameter set to a value of 15. As per specifications it should disconnect users after 15mins. However this is not working, I see users active upto hour and more and get complaint from new users on not being able access ALM. We are on ALM/QC 12.02 version. Pls advise how to fix this issue.
