Need help with Excel report in QC 11

Hello All,

I am using QC 11.0 with MS-SQL as DB.

I need to create one excel report in one of the QC projects which can give

Test Set Folder Name, Test Set Name, Test Cases Name linked to this Test Set (Test Instances), Execution Status of these Test Cases (which is shown in execution grid - latest one), No. of design steps for this test case & which step of this test case failed (if test case execution is shown as fail).

I am trying to create SQL query in Analysis view to generate this report but so far unsucessful.

Would appreciate if anyone can help on this.
