Word ADD-in connection problems

Hi everyone

  i have problems to connect ALm server from Word Add-in, or Excel Add-in. It works fine from a browser, but raise an error "A general failue has occurs. Please verifyu that the server's adress is correct and try again. 'Chemin d'accès introuvable'" when trying to import requirement from Word.

   I am in Office 2010 SP2 and Windows 7 pro, the ALM server version is 12.01

   If someone has an solution ..
