WITH Syntax when querying ALM database (Oracle) for Reports

Hi Guys, 

'm in middle of creating a report, where i would like to use WITH syntax so that i can make my query shorter. 

ALM Gives me error "Quality Center cannot run the query beacuse it contatins invalid statements". Does Query Builder accepts WITH Syntax statements ?
