TestSet summary email is not generated when Scheduler executes TestSet

We use MS Scheduler to execute the QC/ALM TestSets overnight.  The TestSet is setup to have an email generated upon completion of the TestSet. Through the scheduler, the Execution Summary email it is NOT generated.  HP does not seem to have a fix for this problem.   When executing the TestSet via QC/ALM (Run button > Run All), the email is generated.  So the problem seems to be using the Scheduler to run the testSet.

 

I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what the resolution is?  I only want 1 summary email, not emails generated after each test run.  I am aware of the Scheduler's /M: to send emails when tests fail, but that is not what I'm looking for.
