ALM REST: some endpoints return Access Denied

I'm currently exploring ALM REST functionality and used information returned by customization/entities as a guideline.

Many endopoints work fine (like tests, test-sets, runs etc), while many others (like testset-runs) return "Access to this resource has been denied".

What could be reason for it?

ALM version is 12.20
