HP ALM 12.2 - Tools option not present - Need to access Document Generator

Hi,

While trying to access HP ALM 12.2., I dont see the Tools option present in menubar. I want the tools option to access Document generator.

Can someone please help in accessing either the Document generator or the Tools option?
