QC Excel Add-in Stops Responding of step 7 of 8. No other error message

QC 10 Enterprise Patch 27. Excel 2010.

1. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Excel 2010
2. Have uninstalled QC and reinstalled.
3. Have installed QC Connectivity
4. QC Export wizard gets to 50% and step 7 0f 8 and stops responding

Please advise
