We are using QC 10. And, from the last week we have this hot issue with user connections. The site connections tab is always full which means, we are running out of licenses. So, i have set AUTO_LOGOUT_ON_SERVER_DISCONNECT to 1. Which means users should be able to log out after 1 minute. And, even if they logout, the site connections tab still showing their entry. I also set AUTO_LOGOUT_ON_SERVER_DISCONNECT to Y. This is kicking out the users without a propmpt. But, still nothing has changed. The site connections are stagnating and i have to kick them out manually. Is there anything else i can do ?
