User defined Test Set value should get update for the Test Instance field

Hi All,

I have created User defined field in test set and I need that value to be copied to the test instance field using workflow.

Lets say I have created one user defiend field in test set with name Release(TC_USER_02) and same field created in Test Instance(TC_USER_01).

Whenever I update my Test set Details tab,it should get reflect in Test instance value.Please provide me the workflow for this .
