Hi,
I am facing issue in accessing QC 11.0 on some users machine. When I try to launch QC login page, all components are downloaded successfully but when it tries to load the components, it gets stuck at "loading infragistics2.win.ultrawintoolbars v8.2" component. After that nothing happens. Please note that I am using local admin rights to access this machine. So there is no any permission issue in this
Tried below also
1) tried to access in ALM Explorer too. Same issue
2) Turned of DEP for IE...but no result
3) Also did HP ALM Client component registration. Registration was sucessful
4) Turned off McAfee HIPS to see if it works but still no result
5) Tried msi client generator also but still no luck
I have seen a couple of forums with this issue but nowhere solution is mentioned. It would be really helpful if anyone can help.
User machine OS - Win 7 Enterprise (32 bit)
IE - IE8
