Apologies if this has already been covered, but I could not find any solutions in past posts. Some assignees do not seem to be receiving email notifications when new defects are created and assigned to them. Others receive the initial notification, but inconsistently. All assignees appear to receive notifications once a defect has been updated, the inconsistency appears to just impact newly created defects.
Any thoughts/tips?
