Default Description in Manual Runner Comments Field

Hello

I need to display the Default Description under comments section in the Manual Runner screen attached the screenshot please see it. 

Please suggest me if ny one have idea , i know how to add the description in Defects , and TestPLan

But am not aware which function will activate the code
