I'm trying to setup a Project in HP-ALM and I have setup releases, cycles, milestones, in order to use PPT and extract KPI's, but somehow i cannot generate the scorecards of the releases or get the Progress graph updated.
Here is the current setup, please advise if it's correct or I should change anything to be compliant with best practices, and get the Scorecard and KPI's working

Each release has 3 scope items, because 3 teams test the requirements simultaneously, so each scope item is linked to the test set assigned to them, but the requirements and test plan are shared .
I have read in other posts that one possible problem, is that only the last execution of a Test Instance will update the Requirement Status, example;
Team A executes Test Instance of Req 1 to "Passed",
then team B executes another Test Instance of Req 1 to "Failed"
The progress Graph of the Release will show only 50% pass regarding Req 1, right?
Can you please advise on how to proceed?
Should I divide the test plan for each team executing, or is it enought that the "test scope items" of the releases are linked to the test sets of each team?
