I was under the impression that as of version 11.0 there is no longer a need to have local admin rights on the machine in order to access ALM. Our setup is as follows:
ALM Server 11.52
PC Server 11.52
(3x) PC Hosts 11.52
When you hit the qcbin page you get the following links.
