Auto Mail - To list and CC list

I have setup "Automail" whenever new defect is raised, and also any modifications done on "Assigned To" field.

Now i can see email is going to all the users i configured in my project customization. 

I have 2 requirements now.

Requirement#1: I want to separate “To” list and “CC” list when sending auto email. Currently email is going to all users as all of them in TO list.

Requirement#2: I want to keep a copy to the user who initiated auto email so that he/she has a proof that email went out successfully (in both new defect email and also when defect is assigned to new user email).
