When a defect is created from Manual Runner, the description field is populated with a template containing details about the test and the step being run at the time. I want to update that template and change/remove some of the headings.
The only help I can see is when a defect is first created, using a workflow to overwrite the description. But there is a lot of useful information in the existing template that I can't seem to get hold of normally. Things like the test step details that were being run at the time.
How do I access that template in order to make changes to it?
