Move SA users from QC 10.0 to new server ALM 11.52

Is there any way besides manually re-creating these users to move them from QC 10.0 box to the new ALM 11.52 box?

We have our old QC 10.0 server/db which users are still using.  We then bought new servers and DB for ALM 11.52 install.  The install of ALM 11.52 is a fresh SA schema.

The plan is to copy the project schemas from the old DB(QC 10.0), import to new DB(ALM 11.52), and verify/repair/upgrade.  The only thing I am thinking of is all of the users created in the SA schema. 

Is there any easy way to move them?  Also, is there anything else that needs to be moved from the QC 10.0 sa schema to the ALM 11.52 sa schema besides the users?
