We have seat licenses for QC and FT. And both QC/FT/UFT and Sprinter interfaces with Quality Center ALM. But for some reason we can't have the two applications on the same desktop.
This make no since to me. I should have to ask my company for to PCs just so I can use the testing applications separately. And I don't want to have keep uninstall one just to use the other tool.
Why put them both as an API to Quality Center if you can use them?
Is there nothing in place to close one agent when the other one is in use?
The is nothing in the maintain cost agreement that says if you can't use one of the applications, we will discount on the cost.
