Quality Center 10.0 server is not responding

Hi,

I just installed Quality Center 10.0 on Windows 2008 server RC2 SP1, it was working fine but suddenly stops responding to the client. I can see that the QCJavaService.exe is running fine and port 8080 is on listening mode. Firewall setting is off on the server and no acces related issues. 

 

The server and all the things was working well but suddenly stops responding even i cant load the QC starting page from local host. 

 

Looked all the logs but no issue found yet either in server log, access log, boot log serverout log. 

 

Can anyone tell me how can I fix this?

 

Also, if i want to connect via IE 11 from local host, it gives me some error like not compatible. I am unable to use QC client from server which is avalable in QC Patch 31. ANy suggestion?
