"Target Cycle" to be populated the same as "Detected in Cycle" in defect created via TEST RUN

How can we make "Target Cycle" to be populated the same as "Detected in Cycle" in new defect created through TEST RUN?

I did set up in Workflow that "Target Cycle" equals to "Detected in Release", but this works only when you create a new standalone defect outside of TEST RUN.

Note:  "Detected in Cycle" is defaulted to Cycle of Release when try to create a new defect from TEST RUN..
