Failed to obtain a connection to schema

Dear Customers,

When using ALM with Windows Authentication, the below error can be shown if using Windows authentication,  if the

"Failed to obtain a connection to schema..." is shown, please follow next steps to resolve:

Under the SQL management Studio:

1. locate the service account running the ALM service.
2. Right click, select Properties,  and then select "user mapping" roles for this account.
3. Select the database affected from the grid view.
4. Add the ddl_admin role to the service account.
5. Restart the ALM service.
