HP QC How to print the design steps from a called test?

I am trying to print the design steps of a test case including the steps of a called test. I know in a prior QC version in Document Generator there was an option to select Recursive. I am now using version 12.01 and Document Generator has been replaced with Dashboard > Analysis View but now there is no option to select Recursive. Does anyone know the new option name or how to print the steps including the called test steps?
