Using scripting workflow to pick items from a project list .

Hi All,

I am trying to pick out an item from a project list in ALM and use that item to automatically populate a field based on the contents of another.

The field i am trying to populate is a string type field and i just need to be able to look through all the items in the project list and pick one out based on criteria i set using workflow scripting.
