Can you disable items on menu when right clicking in ALM (i.e the Export option)

Hi All

I have an requirement to limit the reporting information people can take out of our ALM instance. Using the group permissions I can disable access to the Dashboard.

We have some accounts who can see the defects module but in read only. These account can still right click on the defects and choose the 'Export' option.

Is there anyway of disabling this for a certain User Group?
