Opend Cursors cumulative 400 in Oracle DB

Hi,

today following warning has been reported from our db admins:

Opend Cursors cumulative 400 Users exceeded.

This happend for the first time, no idea at all what is going on.

We use ALM 12.20 German with Oracle DB Version 11.2.0.4.0

Debug Console shows:

Request Name Request Type Serving Thread Duration (seconds) ConnectProject FREC qtp1855282309-1724 8.849

Toad shows many entries like these:

Session: JAVA.lang.thread

Open Cursors:

UPDATECYCLE

SET CY_FOLDER_ID =-2, CY_CYCLE =:v0

WHERE CY_CYCLE_ID =275463

AND:v1 NOTIN(SELECT CY_CYCLE

FROMCYCLE

WHERE CY_FOLDER_ID =-2)

Any suggestions? (Besides restarting Quality Center Service?)
