Automation of export of test cases (in word/excel)

We are using ALM 11.52 with Patch 05 and I wanted to know  - Is there a way to automate the process of exporting the test cases into word or excel? Does HP ALM provides the ways to automate the test cases or requirements exports (other than the manual process). Thanks.

Or some other ways like by writing some scripts. Thanks.
