The HP Quality Center Synchronizer to IBM Rational ClearQuest sync stopped working. The error message "Unable to connect to the remote server. Check your server's availability." is received when trying to start it. The services are running.
We tried restarting the services and rebooting the Synchronizer server, but this didn't help.
We tried reinstalling the Synchronizer and now all of the Quality Center projects that were synching to ClearQuest are gone. Does anyone know if these are backed up anywhere? This contained all the field mapping between QC and CQ.
The server that the Synchronizer runs on was not backed up.
