Sprinter 12.20 does not always recognize SAP GUI actions

Hello

When I go to tab Run, open my SAP Gui test then run the active test, I can see a Actions counter in the bottom that increases when I click in my SAP Gui application. Well... most of the times!

Unfortunately, the counter does not always work and it is very frustrating when you want to record a macro because Sprinter believes that you are not doing anything in the application and the macro won't remember any action.

Thus far, I have only registered one application in Power Mode to help Sprinter, but it didn't help. Moreover, I played with the application settings and activating either "Start the application when the run begins" or "Record on any open application" didn't help.

I also tried to restart Sprinter, restart my SAP Gui, restart the Sprinter Agent, reinitialize the Sprinter Agent, restart my computer, but I was not lucky. I tried to start SAP Gui before Sprinter or the reverse, but it didn't change anything.

Strangely, Sprinter even started today to capture actions in Outlook even though only one application is defined. I tried to close all applications besides Sprinter and SAP, but the counter is still frozen to 0.

This is very frustrating and time consuming. We can deal with this problem right now because I am discovering the application, but we can't afford to have this problem during training sesssions in my company.

Why isn't working all the time?
