Defect- How to get Time to Own ?

Hello,

I am working with ALM 11 and I am doing reporting for my company.

I need to provide a new report which shows how much time the development team is taking the ownership of a defect after it was affected to them.

Qualifier are using status '02-Checking in progress' to make the pre-analysis when they are assigning the defect to the right development team using 'Asigned To' option. Starting from this time, I need to calculate the duration the development team needs to change the status into '03-xxxxx'.

I am using SQL to extract data from BUG, AUDIT LOG, AUDIT PROPERTIES tables but the way data is stored is not easy to get the needed information.

Can someone help ?
