I am trying to setup the lab managemnt to schedule the test runs in HP ALM. In this process, i need to create the CDA server where i need to provide "Internal URL" and "External URL". I have gone through the Lab Mangement Guide but no clear info what that URL is ... Remote machine (testing host) link or ALM URL?. the error messaeg is "ALM cannot connect to CDA server". I have searched over internet but no answer.
Similarly in ALM under Lab resources->AUT environment, parameters needs to be provided, not sure what exact parameters same is not provided in guides.
We are using 11.52 HP ALM and HP LAB Managment.
Please help me to know what are "Internal URL" and "External URL" means in CDA server creation window in LAB Managment and AUT environment parameters in ALM. Thanks.
