How to clone ALM 11.52 VM

Hi

I have ALM 11.52 in Production on two VMs. Both are Windows 2008 R2 and runs MSSQL 2008. I want to clone the VMs from Production to Test .

What other steps are required to bring up ALM post cloning?

Does anyone have a definate list?
