A user had to re image their machine and is now getting the following error when trying to access HP QC...
"Initialization has failed. Contact your system administrator. For details, see the Loader log file."
I looked at the loader log file (or i think) and nothing jumps out on there to me. Is there any thing right away to check with this error message or anything specifically I should be looking for in the Loader log file?
